Ileys Humanitarian and Development Services (IHADS) is a registered non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, and non-partisan organization established by humanitarian and development professionals in Somalia. The organization was legally registered in the states in 2015. The organization has field presence in Jubaland, Southwest, Galmudug, and Hirshabelle State of Somalia.
